Fall Break Day One

Our weekend turned out to be busy, but fairly uneventful. Soccer Saturday morning went as usual - no goals scored by us! Camden did a really great job playing goalie, though. Brian had a bonfire outing with the youth group last night and Camden was able to attend so he stayed in bed until 8:30 this morning (Camden, not Brian). Rory, on the other hand, has decided to be an early bird the last few mornings. Unfortunately, her mood quickly reflects the early hour!

For our first day of fall break, we're headed to Nashville to spend the day running errands, having doctor's appointments, and visiting Christian in the hospital. I really wanted to have a picnic lunch and then take pictures in the park, but decided that since we have 6 other stops, that it might be too much.

Camden bought a Batman costume with some leftover birthday money (thank you, Uncle Matt), and he LOVES wearing it. He thinks the mask makes him so tough! Rory wants to get into the action, of course. I'm pretty sure her butterfly costume wont' make her tough, though. :)

We had good news from Christian over the weekend. They found a perfect bone marrow match. Now we need to pray that the donor is still willing and physically able to donate the bone marrow.
