Just working on my SSD rewards - they asked us to blog about 5 shows we've seen every episode of.

1. Gilmore Girls - yep, seen every one and it's definitely one of my all time favorite shows.
2. America's Next Top Model - it's like a train wreck you can't stop watching
3. American Idol - love it! Carrie Underwood, David Cook, and Kelly Clarkson are my favs.
4. 24 - we started watching this on DVD and saw 5 seasons in one summer!
5. Cosby Show - this one never gets old. We watched this growing up, and I still watch reruns occasionally.

TV shows on DVD's are awesome, aren't they? I think I could list more than 5 shows I've seen every episode, just because we've netflixed them!

thanks for your support and sweet comments. your kids are so dang adorable...you must melt with their smiles. I am actually in the middle of the adoption process with Dillon but now at a halt due to my husband's hesitation after the recession hit us. the etsy shop is my way of making some extra cash (I can't help my purchases for my kids!)

Blogging feels awkward these days. Not blogging feels a bit like abandoning an old friend. In this season of life it doesn't feel necessary to jot down every cute quip (and that's only partially because they don't say nearly as many cute things). The kiddos (even that is strange - can I still call a 12 and 9 year old kiddos?) are more likely to say "don't put that on your blog!" Rory still likes the attention, but Camden is feeling the need for privacy. But they also still love to read my words. Cousins, part 3 (the adult version)

So I'm notoriously bad about including adults in the picture when we're all together, and this trip was no exception. Here are the very few that include adults. Becky is always my test subject before the cousin photo shoots. At the baseball game (which was incredibly hot/humid and started nearly an hour late). Kids were pretty wiped out after their naps following the return from camp. 7/52: Pastel

This week's theme was pastel and there's not a whole lot of pastel in our house, much less with my black-eyed, black-haired Korean gal. However, she gave me about 10 minutes of cooperation in 10 degree weather and we attempted a pastel snow picture. The first one is my official pastel picture, but I included the other attempts because it was pretty darn fun. This is a new face I'm seeing often these days. By the way, she has 3 shirts underneath this dress, a pair of pajama pants and a pair of hot pink sweat pants. LOL
