Tuesday Tidbits

Did you know that there is an entire blog dedicated to Trader Joe food reviews? So. Fun. I want that writing job!

I'm working at home this week (except for Monday), and I thought it would be great. And it is great, but I find myself kind of missing being around people. Oh, how quickly times change.

Rory is just FULL of funny quotes these days. Here is a smattering:
  1. I feel more mature. And I mean that in a good way. - wearing her new dress to church (which, I can assure you, was childlike and appropriate)
  2. "Love y'all" Apparently her years in the south are finally catching up to her.
  3. "Well. This is stunningly amazing." - after taking her first bite of a blueberry Trader Joe frozen waffle.
  4. "I love you from front to back." Pretty sure she meant head to toe.
I got this information from my youngest sister (who happens to work at the kid's school). Camden filled out an information sheet. His response to the question what do you like about yourself? "Everything. Why? I just do."

I'm completely backlogged on photos from my big camera, but here are a couple from my phone.

She is into purses, lipgloss, tucking her shirt in (whyyyyyyyy??) these days. All for a little trip to Sam's and frozen yogurt.

Selfies. I don't even know what to do with this.

Farmer's market on Saturday morning. We made it home with tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, corn, peas, peaches, and cantaloupe for $19. Not bad!

After our trip to the farmer's market, we had some serious bean snapping, pea hulling to do. Plus I decided it would be great to put all snack foods into snack bags so the kids can just grab and go when they're making their lunches.
